Born and Raised in a small rural town in the Adirondack Mountains of New York, Andrew has worked in a variety of leadership and executive level positions.  Some of these positions include United States Marine Corp Infantry Squad Leader, Housekeeping Supervisor for Holiday Inn, and Food & Beverage Director for Innovative Hospitality Management.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science from Monmouth University in Business Management and is currently enrolled in the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University pursuing a Masters in Business Administration.

Andrew is the founder and sole member of Barten Bros. Junk & Clean Up (BartenBros.com) based out of Point Pleasant, New Jersey. Barten Bros. Junk & Clean Up is a fully licensed and insured, DEP registered specialty trash & debris removal service offering commercial & residential removal services, estate cleaning, eviction clean-out and “one-off” service for items such as appliances, pools, sheds, hot tubs, couches, etc.

Andrew is also a co-founder of BartenMEDIA (BartenMEDIA.com) with his wife Raven. BartenMEDIA is a digital marketing agency founded to fill a void; realizing their companies needed marketing that matched the digital era. Raven and Andrew worked tirelessly on content creation and multimedia marketing. Looking into the future of their ventures, they researched a tremendous amount of marketing options to no avail. Acknowledging the void in the local marketplace, Andrew & Raven began to discuss the idea of a ‘new’ media company. A media company founded in helping local businesses and brands focus on their digital advertising and marketing strategies, while customizing their strategy to reflect their brand image, reputation and culture.

Andrew maintains a successorship role in his family owned and operated Ice Arena (OceanHockey.com) & an ownership interest in the Jersey Shore Whalers ice hockey organization (JSWhalers.com). Andrew’s experience and expertise in the business community, as well as general leadership traits, have earned him a variety of accolades and achievements to include personal letters from President George W. Bush, Chief of Staff Andrew Card, a Naval Achievement Medal with Combat Distinguishing Device, Certified Food & Beverage Executive through the American Hotel & Lodging Industry, and Multiple Sales training courses.

Additionally Andrew has proven success in creating and building brand recognition. Utilizing social media marketing and business networking, Andrew has created a large base of customers and is constantly expanding his knowledge base. Some of his highlights include successful radio advertising campaigns directly linked to over $50,000 in revenue, quantified print advertising creating over 300 potential new customers and online advertising to include the use of Google Ad words, Facebook Sponsored Stories, YouTube video marketing and pay-per-click advertising across various platforms.
